Cancellation Policy

Live Online Pilates Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At FibroFit Method, we understand that flare-ups, fatigue, appointments, and unexpected life events can happen. To ensure all participants are supported fairly and sessions can be managed safely, the following policy applies to all live online Pilates classes. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your live online Pilates class booking. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with more than 24 hours’ notice may: transfer the booking to another available class date, or receive class credit to use towards a future session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to attend the class without notice (“no show”) will result in the session being marked as used. If FibroFit Method needs to cancel or reschedule a class, participants will be offered: an alternative class date, or full class credit/refund where appropriate. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable internet connection and space to safely participate in the session. Health & Safety By joining the class, participants acknowledge that: movement is completed at their own pace and within their own limits, rest breaks are encouraged whenever needed, they should stop exercising immediately if they feel unwell, dizzy, or experience increased pain, FibroFit Method provides educational movement support and does not replace medical advice or treatment from a GP or healthcare professional. Late Arrival Policy To maintain a calm and supportive environment, participants joining more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted once the class has safely progressed.
