Why I Created FibroFit Method
Hi, I’m Shawnika Runciman the founder of FibroFit Method.
With over 10 years in sports therapy, I’ve always been passionate about helping people move better and live with less pain.
But when I began working closely with women with fibromyalgia and chronic illness, I saw a clear gap.
Many were told to push through and do more —
while their bodies were asking for rest, regulation, and support.
Traditional fitness wasn’t working.
And something needed to change.
FibroFit Method was created to offer a different approach.
